What This Agreement Covers

FamilyPerryman Enterprises Inc.™ is permanently waiving the $5,000 annual Wealth Architect retainer fee for this Community Builder. In exchange the Community Builder agrees to the terms described below. This is not a legal contract requiring attorney review. It is a mutual commitment between FamilyPerryman and a member of the community we serve.

What FamilyPerryman Commits To

Provide full Wealth Architect program access at no charge for as long as the Community Builder remains in good standing. Deliver a personalized Corporate Blueprint within 48 hours of assessment completion. Respond to all questions within 48 business hours. Provide access to all workshops, books, and resources at no additional charge. Treat the Community Builder with the same priority and quality as any paying client.

What the Community Builder Commits To

Introduce at least three families, individuals, or organizations to FamilyPerryman within the first 12 months of enrollment. Share FamilyPerryman content, mission, and resources with their network in good faith. Not share FamilyPerryman proprietary materials commercially or outside of personal network referrals. Complete the intake assessment honestly. Engage with the program in good faith.

What This Agreement Is Not

This is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. FamilyPerryman provides general corporate structure education only. Will Perryman is a Wealth Architect and educator — not an attorney, CPA, financial advisor, or licensed securities professional. All strategies taught require review and execution by licensed professionals in the Community Builder's state.

Duration and Good Standing

The fee waiver is permanent as long as the Community Builder remains in good standing. Good standing means completing the assessment, engaging with the program in good faith, and making reasonable efforts to introduce three families within 12 months. FamilyPerryman reserves the right to end the waiver if the program is misused or the materials are shared commercially without authorization.

Acknowledgment

By signing below the Community Builder acknowledges they have read and understood this agreement and agree to its terms. They understand this is an education program and not professional legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
